Product area
We use separate software for our product area (accessible under the subdomains produkte.vetter.de and products.vetter.de). The manufacturer of this software has already released an update with numerous improvements in terms of accessibility. Unfortunately, this update still contains a few errors that would severely restrict the general functionality of the product area. We are already working in the background to eliminate these errors so that we can also make the product area accessible as quickly as possible.
Dealer network
Our dealer network is also based on third-party software. A large part of the dealer network is accessible. However, some parts are not yet. For example, the search field in the country selection field lacks an explicit label element. This search field was implemented using a Javascript library provided by a third party. We have no influence on the source code, functionality and design of this library.
Downloadable PDF documents
On our website, we offer numerous PDF documents for download that contain further information about our company and our products. As some of these documents are provided by third parties, we cannot always influence the degree of accessibility of these documents.
HTML code
The HTML code of our entire website is generated dynamically by various software packages. The software packages used are provided by third-party manufacturers. Unfortunately, we have no comprehensive influence on the quality of the HTML code generated, which means that it is not always valid.
Forms
We offer several forms on our website that you can use to contact us. The forms are largely barrier-free. Only the HTML attribute autocomplete is not set for the individual input fields. As we implement the forms using third-party software, we unfortunately have no influence on the quality of the HTML code generated and therefore on the degree of accessibility.
